The San Joaquin
County Bar Association has served the legal community of San
Joaquin County since
1940, and in particular, has operated
the Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) of the San Joaquin County
Bar
Association since 1959. LRS refers members of the public
in need of legal assistance to experienced
attorneys.
Brinton McCusker, his son, and his son’s buddy climbed
Mt. Tallac, a 9.6 mile round trip hike with the
trailhead at an
elevation of 6,480' and the summit at 9,735'. The hike takes
about six hours. The hike
offers incredible views along the
entire route to the summit of this peak, which dominates the
southwest
shore of Lake Tahoe. The summit affords the bes
t panorama in the Tahoe Sierra, as well as spectacular
views
of the Desolate Wilderness Area.
